clean, quick check in, comfy beds, and ground floor rooms with access to the parking lot. this place made bringing our dog along much less stressful and we enjoyed our stay. the view out back is beautiful to wake up to. I'd definitely recommend this place!
Placed on the second floor with a disabled children to start. Non smoking room that stinks of smoke and a heater/AC unit that has likely never had a filter cleaned in it. On the way back will not be staying here again. Only reason why it's getting one star is the first guy who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. No one else.

The king room is large and our room faced the river which gave us a nice sunset view last night. Comfy bed. Room 200 has a balcony facing out. The room was clean but carpet and furniture needs a pop of colour otherwise looks a bit drab. Bathroom also clean and lots of pillows on the bed. AC a bit noisy and with a balcony I didnt want to leave sliding doors open to let breeze come in through the screen door that cant lock. Nice secure feature with the dual sliding doors with a security bar inside. Breakfast was standard but although every family priced hotel weve stayed in our our trip to the east coast had the ubiquitous pork breakfast sausage this one was the best by far, cooked just right and not dry and rubbery. Coffee was great. Good stop for basic price. Note the booking site I used had a beautifully staged night time lit photo of the hotel, its a lot fancier looking than it really is but ok for our one night stopover.
