Usually really nice pool was busted but then we went to the ferry to sightsee by boardwalk was nice if the weather was better some of us would of whale watched on one of the tours so we left a day early. Souvenir store had a sign but in 5 mins. No show over 20 minutes so we left. Two years back it was great with all this year didn't.
The camping sites are too close to each other but they make the kids very happy. My 6 year old was very pleased. The management is polite and helpful. The location is good too.
Booked months in advance of our trip to ensure we were next to the other party traveling with us. Upon arrival we were given our site which is not the one we booked and far from the others traveling with us. The individual behind the counter looked at the reservation and said "one of my staff members changed your site and we are full" she said this while on the phone and half ignoring me .I asked if there was anything that could be done. She said no we're full. Horrible customer service. Our first stop on our trip sadly .The campground is jam-packed and full of seasonal trailers .The only reason it's getting a 2 star is because the site we got was clean and easy to get into .
Tenting site with hydro and water was ridiculously small and had no privacy. Campground itself was fantastic though. Bathrooms were spectacularly clean, playground had lots to do in it. Many amenities, free coffee in the morning. Quite a lovely park.
Very nice campground which is well situated near the river. Quiet for our one night stay. Didnt use any amenities but they appeared fine what I saw. $41.00 for a 3 ways hook up. Highly recommend.
