Great Snack Bar. Cheap and yummy food with a nice kind of ambiance because of how nice the lovely staff are, good fast food and amazing ice cream (probs the best I've ever had). If you are visting Riviere du Loup STOP BY AT SNACK BAR D'AMOURS.
After a long day of driving, their poutine really hit the spot. Their menu reminded me of la banquise in Montreal, only the portions were for real men !! Service was fast. They also have a drive-thru.All in all, a must stop if youre in Riviere du loup.
Fast service considering the restaurant was packed at 7pm. The dining room is very nice for a restaurant of this type. Folks working there are nice.The overuse of styrofoam and plastic utensils is disgraceful, especially considering most people are eating in.The food is mediocre at best. At least the poutine had decent gravy and cheese curds but something weird about the oil used for the fries. Club sandwich and smoked meat club are the worst I've had, yet still edible.The park outside is A+ for the kids before and after eating.
Awesome ice cream (die for) and it is not to expensive. Great attraction for tourists!!
