The worst customer service I have ever had. On a recent trip going through Quebec we stopped at this Walmart to grab some snacks for the road and two vitamins from the pharmacy area. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life just because I don't speak French. I had staff literally turn your back and walk away from me once they realized I did not speak French. I tried to pay for a pharmaceutical item at the front end unfortunately it wouldn't scan through so I was rudely told to go back to the pharmacy to pay for the item. Once I got back to the pharmacy that's when things got even uglier! I was repeatedly ignored by staff staff literally turning their backs on me and taking two customers in head of me just because I didn't speak French!! A customer that was also shopping that is French Canadian apologize to me for the rude Behavior I was receiving.Once I left the store I called customer service to voice my concerns. At first I thought there's no way that just happened but when I called back a second time and was hung up on a second time I was in the State of Shock! The person that answered the phone at customs service both times spoke French and refused to speak to me because I don't speak French and hung up on me.The third time I called the store I demanded to talk to a manager that speaks English right away. After telling my story to the customer service person her response was"yes we have had the complained before."I couldn't believe what I just heard that this is an ongoing issue and they think it's okay. After she put me through to another person that I had to retell My Story for a second time.. I was told that the store manager would personally call me.Well of course that phone call never came. I'm warning everyone stay away from this Walmart because they are absolutely evil people just because I don't speak FrenchMy husband and I have traveled extensively through the world and I have been two small corners of the world where no one speaks English at all and I was treated better there!

Customer service is terrible. Also, theyre so rude to English speakers. Specially the guy who was kind of super visor. Im not gonna go there again.
The ultimate shopping mart in the city. Lots of things include grocery, video games, electronics, computers, gadgets, greeting cards, clothing, books, CD, DVD, toys, articles for infants and kids, some gardens and auto store. I love the store also because the store has a renewed McDonald's restaurant with some tv's.Wal mart has a beauty salon and a pharmacy. The store has also a photo center.
